Billing questions
How are minutes counted?
By the length of audio we actually transcribe, to the second. Failed or empty transcriptions are refunded automatically, and re-opening a file you've already transcribed is free.
What happens if a file is longer than my plan allows?
We transcribe up to your limit, so you can check the result, and keep the rest ready. Upgrade or buy a minute pack and continue from where it stopped with one click.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly minutes reset each billing cycle. Minute pack minutes last 12 months and are used after your monthly minutes.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
What is your refund policy?
A full refund is available within 7 days of your first subscription purchase if you have used no more than 30 minutes. An unused minute pack is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Paid plans are not yet available. Read the full refund policy
