Sending a copyright notice
Include your name and contact information, identify the copyrighted work, and identify the Voxcribe task or material at issue as specifically as possible. Explain why you believe the use is unauthorized. Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Review and response
We review notices, may ask for information needed to identify the material, and may restrict access to material when appropriate. We may share relevant notice details with the affected user as needed to review the complaint or comply with law. Repeated infringement or abusive use may lead to account restrictions. We reply to notices within 5 business days.
Disputing a restriction
If you believe your material was restricted by mistake, email support@voxcribe.net with the subject “Copyright counter notice.” Identify the material and restriction, explain the basis for your request, and provide your contact information and signature. We will explain any further information required under the applicable process. We may share relevant details with the claimant and will handle access to the disputed material under applicable law.
